Anemograph, Sheffield, 2006

Commissioned by Sheffield Millenium Gallery this kinetic sculpture behaves as a giant anemograph, moving in realtime to communicate the wind speed and direction outside. The spheres float together to form a plane than tilts away from the direction of the wind; the faster the wind the steeper the incline.
